carattere: su sentieri della forestale e strade sterrate di campagna si raggiungono diversi punti panoramici tra le quali le due cave con un laghetto che si forma durante le piene invernali e la meravigliosa vista sulla valle Figotto-Cottonaro incoronato dalle montagne di Caltabellotta sull'altro versante. Attraverso i boschi di pino e macchia mediterranea con una ricchissima flora primaverile (da dicembre a inizio giugno) e fauna si raggiunge un'altezza di 611 m caminando quasi sempre in salita. Arrivato al punto più alto del percorso bisogna rivolgersi a sinistra su una strada quasi pianeggiante che prosegue fino alla strada asfaltata della forestale e che scende fino al livello di 410 m dove infine imbocca la valle di Gammauta. Prendendo questa verso sinistra si raggiunge il punto di partenza.

On Foresters and country tracks you reach several beautiful panoramic places: the 2 gorges, one of them with a small pond that fills the brook's exit during the winter floods and the amazing view to the Figotto-Cottonaro valley at one side and the Caltabellotta mountains at the other. Walking across the forest and macchia mediterranea with an incredible rich spring flora (from December on to the begin of June) and fauna you reach the hight of 611 m max. going nearly always up. Once arrived at the highest point take the left and follow the nearly leveled road until reaching the asphalted road. Continue going down and take the left when you reach the mainroad until you turn back to the point of start.

Charakter:
Auf Wegen der Forstbehörde und Schotterstraßen erreicht man verschiedene Aussichtspunkte, z.B. auf zwei Schluchten, wobei der Ausgang der ersten in einen kleinen See mündet, der sich in den Wintermonaten bildet, und immer wieder auf herrliche Ausblicke auf das Tal von Figotto-Cottonaro, gekrönt von den Bergen Caltabellottas auf dessen rechter Seite. Der Weg führt hauptsächlich aufwärts durch Pinienwälder und macchia mediterranea mit einer überreichen Frühlingsflora (von Dezember bis Anfang Juni) und Fauna. Max. Höhe 611 m. Oben angekommen, geht es links weiter auf einer nahezu ebenen Schotterstraße. Wo der asphaltierte Weg beginnt, geht es bergab bis zur Einmündung auf die "Figotto-Cottonaro". Dort nach links weitergehen bis zum Ausgangspunkt
